Our Staff

Our staff facilitates an atmosphere of creative students; fueled by the joy of discovery, self-motivated students exhibiting an intellectual vitality which strengthens their beliefs yet inspires an open mind.

We require and provide on an annual basis 15 hours of Continuing Education Units, along with 3 hours of Health & Safety Certification. Our staff consists of certified and degreed early childhood educators with the majority of our staff having been employed with us for over five years. Years to Grow is the only daycare & after school program in Youngsville, to partner with a certified Teacher Consultant from the National Writing Project of Acadiana and certified Louisiana State Teacher Leader Mentor and Core Advocate, who regularly assists with curriculum management and program development. Our program is uniquely original to the needs of our students and their families.

In addition, our entire staff at Years To Grow Day Care & Youth Camp, Inc. are CPR and First-Aid certified, Medication Administration Trained and have Childcare criminal background clearance.
